This project established a new road and rail intermodal terminal in Bell Bay.
This project allows freight to move between road and rail more efficiently, and provide additional log and container freight storage within the Bell Bay industrial precinct.
The Australian Government funded 80 per cent of this project, capped at $5.2 million.
Works commenced on the new intermodal terminal in October 2014 and were completed in June 2015.
