2.35km of sealed Pavement heading East from Bendigo Pyramid Road is in poor condition and requires rehabilitation. High volume of commercial traffic and proximity of large trees to roadside also warrants widening of this section of road.
Resheet and widen approx 2.35km of narrow pavement to 6.2m.
Remove 13 trees which are in close proximity to edge of pavement.
Widen single lane culvert structure and install new guard rail.
Project is being jointly funded by a grant recieved through Regional Development Victoria's Local Roads to Markets Program based upon a 50/50 contribution.
Total cost of proposed project is $1,021,997
