Upgrading and expansion of the intermodal terminal at Warrnambool and upgrade of Walsh Rd level crossing.
The project improved operational efficiency for freight rail operators in the region.
The Australian Government contributed $0.6 million to this project.
Construction commenced in April 2012 and was complete mid 2014.
