Due to redevelopment of the Exmouth CBD, the current alignment of Payne Street requires realignment to allow for parking, landscaping,and underground power. The road works focus is on improved traffic management, parking and increasing capacity for commercial growth and land use.
Civil works to be undertaken include road base construction, bitumen surfacing, kerbing, drainage, footpaths, line marking and traffic signage.
Total cost of proposed project is $505,000
