This new road is required to provide all weather access to a new recreation precinct development so the site may be accessed from the North for the construction of 2 new soccer pitches. Current access from this location is a dirt track, with very deep wheel ruts which does not provide the all weather access needed for the construction to begin.
Construct a new 260m section of road to provide a 7m wide sealed road including kerb and channel and associated drainage.
Total cost of proposed project is $416,000
