Existing unsealed pavement in poor condition with unsuitable vertical and horizontal alignment. The road is not fit for purpose and has inadequate drainage infrastructure. Council has found it difficult over recent years to maintain this unsealed road to the satisfaction of users, sealing the road will solve the problems.
Existing unsealed road to be reconstructed and sealed to a pavement width of 9 meters including improved vertical and horizontal alignment and the installation of drainage infrastructure. A 14mm/7mm bituminous seal will be applied to a width of 7.2 meters
Total cost of proposed project is $342,466
