Road asset has significant defects in respect to pot holing and cracking and road seal is showing high degree of coarse texture. This project also requires significant work to kerb and water table to protect pavement base from failure. Given all these conditions asset plan has determined that this street is a high priority within Unley and unless addressed will result in further damage to road.
Work includes repairs and replacement of kerb and watertable, profiling of roads and resealing (including line marking).
Total cost of proposed project is $168,864
