Aged and deteriorated road infrastructure requires reconstruction. Memorial Avenue of street trees require removal and replacement.Very poor street drainage.
The works include construction of underground stormwater drainage, reconstruction of widened footpath incorporating cycleway on the eastern side only, New street tree planting, reconstruction of the road pavement and reconstruction of the kerb and gutter on the eastern side only.
Total cost of proposed project is $3,900,000
