This road has excessive deterioration of unsealed pavement combined with an inadequate base course and an exposed sub-base. This has lead to an unsafe carriageway, ineffective drainage and severe corrugations.
It is proposed to remove verge vegetation as required, to widen and re-form table drains and shoulders, to extend or repair culverts as required and to sheet with new roadbase to a depth of 150mm, waterbind and roll.
Total cost of proposed project is $79,676
