Existing pavement has failed in two locations including the cul-de-sac bulb itself. The kerb on both sides is cracked and aged whilst the wearing course in general is also cracked over its length.
Repair the failed pavement prior to the cul-de-sac, fully reconstruct the bulb and then resheet for the full length. Remove the old kerb and install new mountable kerb for the full length.
Total cost of proposed project is $35,000
