The road has reached the end of its useful life, suffering from texture failure, potholing and cracking. The road is also suffering from kerb and water table failure, which has also reduced the useful life of the pavement.
The proposed work includes a full road profiling over the 700 metres of road, plus replacement of kerb and gutter on both sides of the road. The road surface will be replaced with 40 millimetre thick hotmix.
Total cost of proposed project is $450,000
