The section of Greenvale to be upgraded is currently has gravel surface, severally potholed with no drainage, and is unsafe for the movement of vehicles especially heavy commercial vehicles during the wet period. To complete a section of the heavy vehicle bypass around Mansfield Township.
The work is to upgrade the existing unsealed (gravel) section of Greenvale Lane between Mt Battery Rd - Fords' Creek Bridge, and construct a heavy duty pavement with a sealed surface, adequate for the movement of heavy commercial vehicle.
Total cost of proposed project is $493,662
