The existing access track from the Barge Ramp to the community recreation and BBQ facilities at Quintell Beach is unsealed and subject to damage each wet season. This can make if difficult for residents to access these facilities during the wet season.
Formation and upgrade of the existing track (300m long). This will include vegetation clearing, construction and formation of the road and construction of culvert crossings. Headwalls and rock protection will be required for the culvert crossings.
