Project Description

This is one of the 18 projects being delivered as part of the Australian Government's $508 million commitment to the Warrego Highway Upgrade Program.

The project involves an intersection upgrade at Leichhart Highway west of Miles including pavement strengthening of failing pavements between the intersection and Miles.

Benefits

The project will improve safety and capacity at this location.

Funding

The Australian Government is providing up to $8.59 million to the project in partnership with the Queensland Government.

Timetable

Construction is expected to commence in early 2018 and be completed by late 2018.
