This is one of the 15 projects being delivered as part of the Australian Government's $508 million commitment to the Warrego Highway - Toowoomba to Miles - Upgrade Programme.
This project involves an intersection upgrade which includes pavement widening at the Warrego Highway and the Jondaryan - Sabine Road intersection.
The project will improve safety and network efficiency at this location, on the Warrego Highway.
The Australian Government is providing up to $4.8 million to the project in partnership with the Queensland Government.
Construction commenced in October 2016 and was completed in January 2017.
