The existing section of Lower Mountain Road from Scrub Hill Road intersection to Ch 100 is in poor condition with surface deformation and numerous pavement failures.
This project is designed to strengthen and rehabilitate the road pavement on Lower Mountain Road
Total cost of proposed project is $227,000
