The precast concrete kerbs segments are deteriorating, spalling at the joints and have sunk considerably, reducing the kerb height to as little as 1cm in some places. Due to the flat ground there is some ponding as well
It is proposed to remove and replace the segmented kerbing with cast in place kerb and gutter, and to replace the side entry pits to better collect the stormwater.
Total cost of proposed project is $189,515
