Problems being addressed are stormwater pooling issues and failing surface/pavement. The stormwater issues are located in front of business premises and the existing surface/pavement surface is undulating and rough to drive on at township speeds.
Propose kerb and water table installation to fix stormwater pooling issues and resurface existing pavement with a hotmix correction course to fix the undulating rough surface.
Total cost of proposed project is $234,000
