Wattle Avenue is a local urban street, serving adjacent residential properties. Wattle Avenue was constructed in 1974 and is nearly at the end of its useful service life. The road pavement is in need of reconstruction. New road surfacing is required and kerb & channel and footpaths need to be replaced. New stormwater infrastructure will also be included to this work.
Excavation and replacement of the road pavement, installation of new stormwater infrastructure and new sealed surfacing. Replace kerb & channel, footpaths and driveways in the area of works.
Total cost of proposed project is $612,629
