Gepp Parade is a local urban street, serving adjacent residential properties. Gepp Parade was constructed in 1947 and is nearly at the end of its useful service life. The road pavement is in need of reconstruction. New road surfacing is required and kerb & channel and footpaths need to be replaced. Upgrading stormwater infrastructure will also be included to this work.
Excavation and replacement of the road pavement, upgrading stormwater infrastructure and new sealed surfacing. Replace kerb & channel, footpaths and driveways in the area of works.
Total cost of proposed project is $769,166
