The road pavement and foundation have deteriorated due to the volume and type of traffic using it, becoming rough to drive on and requiring significant maintenance expenditure.
To remove and replace the road foundation and surface within the travel lanes with thick asphalt, and to reshape the parking lanes to ensure adequate surface drainage off the road surface.
Total cost of proposed project is $643,000
