The timber girders which support the 24.0m long timber running deck are in poor condition due to their age, water damage and some infestation from white ants.
Proposed works include the removal of the existing timber deck and timber girders and replace with concrete interlocking girders and undertake some minor roadway approach works.
Total cost of proposed project is $590,537
