Gemvale road currently experiences high volume of traffic congestion in the Reedy Creek area and has limited accessibility to adjacent roads. This new link road will assist with managing traffic growth in the Reedy Creek area and improve accessibility for all road users.
A new 1.1km 2 lane urban road link from Gemvale Rd south to connect to a new development adjacent to intersection of Panorama Drive and Marchmont Drive, Reedy Creek.
Total cost of proposed project is $8,563,300
