Desalination Plant the road accessing this plant is a dirt road and in the wet season the Desalination Plant in not accessible by vehicle because the road is slippery.
Construction of rigid pavement - 4m wide concrete road from Mer Barge Ramp to Desalination Plant. Having a sealed road will provide access without interruption during the wet season.
Total cost of proposed project is $1,250,515
