Road shoulders breaking up, decompression of heritage storm water crossings, new road alignment and new pavement construction.
Charlotte Street - New shoulder construction and sealing construction of kerb and channel and associated storm water pipes and catchment, replacement/repair of heritage storm water under road crossing, install/construction of boat trailer parking for 125m and underground boring for service movement. Webber Esplanade - Complete new road construction for Councils foreshore development of a waterfront activity precinct including underground water, sewerage and electrical mains, new sub-grade to pavement road construction, stormwater pipes and discharge points, bicycle paths, Street lighting and traffic calming devices.
Total cost of proposed project is $5,529,171
