The existing sealed road has deteriorated significantly, with cracking, edge breaks and potholes evident. Rehabilitation of the road surface is necessary. The roadway is a local road. Upgrading of the road will improve local amenity and safety of access for road users.
Rehabilitation of the existing sealed road pavement and sub grade, including bitumen sprayed seal surfacing, for a length of 4.5 kilometres between Lauriston Drive and Gruyere Road to provide a 6.0 metre wide pavement.
