The existing seal is oxidised and stripped. The pavement is displaying cracking in some areas. In general the shape of the road is acceptable.
The treatment will involve some heavy patching and the wearing course will be treated with a 30mm mill and fill operation with AC10 over the entire area. Project also includes some kerb and gutter repair.
Total cost of proposed project is $127,125
