The existing seal is oxidised and stripped. The pavement is displaying cracking in some areas. In general the shape of the road is acceptable.
The treatment will involve some heavy patching and some kerb and gutter repair. The wearing course will be treated with a 30mm mill and fill operation with AC10 over the entire area.
Total cost of proposed project is $120,614
