The road pavement has extensive failures due to age and heavy traffic. Sections of the pavement are deformed and broken up and dangerous. Existing pavement is old and wear from traffic. The surface deteriorates and cracks form in the surface.
It is proposed to carry out heavy patching of the failed areas and resealing works within the chainages. The patches will be ripped, lime stabilised, reshaped, compacted and sealed with a 2 coat seal. Material will be added where required. Line mark the road and install guide posts and required road signs.
Total cost of proposed project is $193,646
