Sub base failure has caused the seal to fail. Which is causing a road safety issue because of rutting of road and potholes. This section of road also runs alongside a recreation oval and has no roadside parking bays which is also causing road safety issues.
Install below ground drainage on eastern side of road.
Cement stabilise to a depth of 200mm and seal with asphalt.
Install road side parking bays, seal and paint in bays.
Due to installing the parking bays it will require the removal of the concrete footpath and the installation a new concrete footpath along the new parking bays.
Total cost of proposed project is $193,933
