There is lack of good rubble on the running surface. Trees are encroaching on the road width. The surface is very potholed. Side drains are not functioning properly.
Trees will be trimmed. Clean and create drains. Sheet with introduced crushed limestone rubble and pull stones in to road from shoulders. Water crushed rubble and compact, reforming surface during construction.
Total cost of proposed project is $90,260
