The road surface, pavement and kerb and channel are dilapidated condition. The road has deteriorated over the years and showing many signs of failures. The road is within special building overlay and liable to flooding in a 1%AEP event. There is no sufficient drainage to drain the road surface runoff.
The work involves installing new kerb and channel, reinstating failed pavement sections, providing asphalt regulation course to correct high crowns and cross falls, asphalt surfacing and providing adequate drainage to the street.
Total cost of proposed project is $674,300
