Sealed road has surface cracks,pot holes, aggregate strip off and repeated patches. Therefore this result in lower level of service to community and also lead to higher risk of rapid deterioration of base and subgrade. This road needs resealing.
Need to reinstate the shoulders that scoured and damaged.Need to Stop the dangerous practice of vehicles cutting corners that threatens the lives of children and pedestrians. This will also control the damages to the corners of the road intersections.
It is proposed to reseal this road with 14 mm aggregate on top of the existing seal.Reinstatement of shoulders,Concrete kerbing at intersections, Widening the road pavement up to kerb edge at intersections, install sign boards.
