The benefits of this project will be improved safety, improved access for road users and reduced travel time.
The estimated cost of the project is $2,875,000. The Australian Government is contributing up to $2,300,000 and the Tasmanian Government up to $575,000 toward this project.
Construction is expected to commence in early 2018 and be completed in late 2018.
