The Warburton Rail Trail is a popular cycling and walking trail between Lilydale and Warburton. It crosses Beresford Road approximately 10 metres west of Creek Road. Beresford Road is a busy industrial collector road that is difficult for cyclists and pedestrians to cross

Construction of a refuge island, widening and line marking in the road to safely contain cyclists and pedestrians wish to cross the road at this busy location
