Unsealed gravel road reserve, services two industrial workshops and provides rear access to Bunnings Pty Ltd, increased heavy vehicle movements has increased defects in the unsealed pavement with potholes, corrugations and dust creating a high level of maintenance costs.
Creation of a new asphalt paved area of approximately 700m2 (length approximately 60m), renewal of a 40m section of kerb and channel and provision of 10m of new kerb and channel to link to existing drainage network.
Total cost of proposed project is $80,000
