Road pavement is rough and deformed. Poor drainage issue. Insufficient roadside parking and pedestrian access to Purtle Park. Missing link of shared path between Havelock Street up to Canal.
Construct Shared path from Havelock to Canal. Undertake geotechnical investigation to determine new pavement design. Construct recommended pavement. Install kerb and channel and construct angle parking along Purtle park frontage. Line marking and erection of roadside furniture.
Total cost of proposed project is $590,000
