The road has poor crossfall which is causing access difficulties for owners. It is also exacerbated by non-standard kerb and channel. The road pavement has multiple forms of cracking evident, including weathering and patch failures. There are drainage issues within the street that need rectification.
Reconstruction/rehabilitation of the existing road pavement as required and an asphalt overlay on the road to correct crossfall issues. Replacement of the existing kerb and channel to improve drainage and property access, while also improving the drainage system.
Total cost of proposed project is $700,000
