The existing access road surface was of a compacted granular material that did not include a bituminous seal. This meant that the road became boggy and rutted from repeated use, so a full depth pavement construction has been installed including an asphalt surface.
Pavement construction, curbing, storm water drainage and installation.
Total cost of proposed project is $395,000
