Project Description

Construction of a carriageway and drainage structures with a higher flood immunity for 5 kilometres of highway.

Funding

The Australian Government has committed $18.4 million towards the project in partnership with the Queensland Government.

Timetable

Planning is expected to commence in late 2021. Construction is due to commence in late 2022 and be completed in early 2023, weather permitting.
