Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Bedford Street, Kellerberrin - 110757-20WA-RTR
Pot Holes, Damaged Seal from Trees Roots, damaged footpaths and inefficient dramage.Profile 300mm of pavement, remove from site, cart in new fill, water bind and seal with 2m footpath and kerbing. Clean and extend drainage.Total cost of proposed project is $387,912
Investigator Ave, Cooloola Cove - 110635-20QLD-RTR
Road width for traffic volume issues. Improved stormwater drainage. Installation of pedestrian/cycle pathway.Road widening to achieve a 10m wide road carriage way along the full length of the project. Improved roadway stormwater drainage capture and capacity, through increased number stormwater inlet/pits along the roadway and supporting driainage pipe systems of suitable diameter. Installation of a 1.5m wide concrete footpath for the full length of the project. Project funding compliments TIDS funding (State Government), Council Revenue and Developer Contributions that have also been used on this road upgrade over 2019/20 and 2020/21.Total cost of proposed project is $3,712,326
Gap Road, Cedar Pocket - 110636-20QLD-RTR
The first 1.47km of Gap Road has a seal width averaging 4.0-4.5m on a 6.0m formation and carries 263 vehicles per day, identified as substandard seal width for volume of traffic. Gap Road also has substandard horizontal and vertical curves with restricted visibility due to alignment and vegetation. Injury crash recorded in 2019 along the section of road proposed for widening.Widen formation to allow for finished 7.0m sealed width plus curve widening. Scarify, spread and compact existing pavement. Apply full width granular overlay and 2 coat bitumen seal. 20 year pavement design in accordance with Austroads Pavement Design Manual. Improve pavement drainage including construction of effective table drains. Relocate utility services as required. Clear roadside vegetation to improve sight distance and clear zones. Install roadside delineation. Undertake minor land resumptions where road realignment is not economical, and reinstate property accesses to council standard.
Cook Road, Pmara Jutunta - 110780-20NT-RTR
Sealed road has surface cracks, pot holes, aggregate strip , repeated patches and shoulder damages. Therefore thi community and also lead to higher risk of rapid deterioration of base and subgrade. This road needs resealing.It is proposed to rectify the potholes and reseal this road with aggregate and bitumen binder.
