Project DescriptionThis project involved the construction of new rest areas, vehicle stopping places and audible edge lines between Curra and Sarina. BenefitsThe new rest areas will enhance safety for road users, especially heavy vehicle operators. FundingThe Australian Government provided $18,653,000 to the project. TimetableProjects were progressively undertaken, with final works being completed in February 2016. |
