Project DescriptionExisting 3.7 metre seal is to narrow to carry increased heavy haulage traffic, it also has extensive edge fretting due to narrow width of seal. Gravel shoulder formation is also poor.
Widen existing 3.7 metre seal to 6.2 metre by upgrading existing shoulder material and formation with new material. Repair existing sealed pavement and apply second coat bitumn seal over existing and new portions
