Project DescriptionThe existing road has a crushed rock formation requiring ongoing maintenance, with residents experience problems associated with dust, corrugations and potholes. An overall reduction in maintenance costs is expected. Construction of the existing unmade road will improve the amenity and quality of access for these properties.
Construct 1600 metres of unmade road to rural spray seal standard typical 4.5 metres width pavement, and 150 metres of road widening. Drainage improvement works include culverts installation as required. Intersection improvements at Victoria Road and Maurice Road. Maintenance
