Project DescriptionTimber bridge was washed away in flooding event in 2008. Temporary replacement bridge was installed in 2009 but is on a lower level and is repeatedly washed away in minor flooding events, cutting off public road access to residents of Echo Hills Road east of the bridge.
Replace temporary bridge structure with permanent concrete bridge at a higher level and on an improved alignment. Works include construction of bridge approaches and concrete bridge.
