Project DescriptionThe existing roundabout has a badly deteriorated surface with cracking and numerous patches due to ground water entering the road structure from the grass area in the middle of the roundabout. It has an inadequate pavement depth.
Pavement strengthening using imported materials and/or stabilisation techniques, will prevent cracking and stop ground water entering the road structure.Replacing the grass landscaping with low water use plants will stop the daily flooding of the surface.
