Project DescriptionNeill Street is an Urban Collector road where the existing sealed road pavement, which is 224 metres long by 12 metres wide between kerbs, has failed. The road surface is rutted and heaved and has deteriorated since the adjacent properties have been developed into doctor's practices.
The existing pavement is to be removed between the existing kerbs and replaced with a new deeper pavement and the road bitumen sealed to provide a level safe surface in the urban environment. Some kerb renewal works will be undertaken to provide safer parking.
Total cost of proposed project is $560,000 |
