Substandard existing road carriageway, with limited stormwater drainage control.
NOTE: This roads form part of "Old" Quinns Rocks that originally developed as a seaside holiday location and is now surrounded by new land subdivisonal development.
Rehabilitation of the existing carriageway (where required) and associated stormwater drainage system upgrade to urban subdivisonal standard for the full length of the road. Works will also include upgrade of existing kerbing, replacement of the existing footpath (where required) and reconnection of existing vehicle crossovers impacted by the drainage works.
Total cost of proposed project is $469,218
