Project DescriptionPoor road condition, narrow pavement width, lack of kerb and channel, drainage problems, lack of footpath on the southern side of the road. Essentially this is an older style of road construction that is now only seen in rural areas. Works have been continually de-prioritised due to the lack of house frontages on the street, however with increasing levels of development and new properties facing onto the road, a higher level of service is expected.
Full reconstruction of road pavement, installation of kerb and channel, installation of underground drainage, installation of footpath.
Total cost of proposed project is $309,900 |
