Project Description

The project involves the planning and development of design options to provide improved capacity for the Domain Highway/Brooker Highway Interchange.


The project will improve freight efficiency, safety and connectivity on the Domain Highway, Hobart’s major urban freight corridor and key link between Glenorchy and Hobart’s eastern shore.


The Australian Government has committed $2,201,174 to this project and the Tasmanian Government will contribute $550,294.


The project is expected to commence in early 2018 and be completed in mid 2022.
